And yet, most problems don\u2019t come from the tech.
They begin much earlier: in how a study is designed, reasoned, and structured.

The first mistake is assuming that more data means better science. Technology works. Governance not always. Many processes were born in an analogue era and moved to digital \u201cas they are\u201d: fragmented, opaque, inconsistent. Technology reveals what traditional trials could hide: incoherences, site divergences, undocumented decisions, untracked steps, overlapping roles.<\/p> Digital doesn\u2019t repair, it reveals.<\/p> If a process isn\u2019t designed well, digitalization shows every flaw. Because quality doesn\u2019t come from tools.
